Our neckwear is an accessory as stated, meaning not intended for strong heavy pullers. We advise that you use our collars as a tag holder only. Furbabies tend to scratch at their necks so please monitor them when wearing their new neckwear, treat it like a piece of jewelry like you would wear yourself. Our creations are not warranted against any strong pulling, chewing, scratching, fraying etc.
